Terms of Service

Last updated: October 9, 2026

1. Purpose and acceptance

These Terms of Service (hereafter the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the TimeSpark service, available at timespark.site and through the associated Telegram bot.

The service is published and operated by TimeSpark, hereafter the “Publisher”. Any use of the service implies full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept these terms, you must stop using the service immediately.

By creating an account or using TimeSpark in any way, you declare that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms.

2. Description of the service

TimeSpark is an AI-powered calendar optimization SaaS. It allows its users to:

  • Send voice or text messages via Telegram to create and schedule tasks and appointments;
  • Benefit from automatic extraction of information (date, time, duration, priority) by a natural-language processing engine based on language models (OpenAI's GPT-4.1 mini);
  • Sync created events with Google Calendar in both directions;
  • Receive every morning a smart summary of the day's highest-priority task (the “Spark”);
  • Manage calendar conflicts and get scheduling alternatives.

The Publisher reserves the right to evolve the service's features at any time, without notice, in compliance with these Terms.

3. Access to the service and account creation

Access to the service requires creating a user account with an email address. The user agrees to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

The user is solely responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials and for any activity carried out from their account. In case of unauthorized use, the user must inform the Publisher as soon as possible at [email protected].

Access to the service also requires connecting a Google Calendar account via OAuth 2.0. By authorizing this access, the user allows TimeSpark to read and write events in the selected calendars, for the sole purpose of performing the service functions described in section 2.

TimeSpark never automatically modifies a Google Calendar event that was not created by TimeSpark itself, without the user's explicit confirmation.

4. Free plan

Every user can use the service for free, with no time limit and no credit card, up to 8 events created through TimeSpark per calendar month. The counter resets on the 1st of each month.

Once this limit is reached, creating new events through TimeSpark is suspended until the following month. The user can still view their calendar and history, or subscribe to a paid plan to continue right away.

The Publisher reserves the right to modify the free plan conditions, notifying users by email at least 30 days in advance.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Beyond the free plan, full access to the service requires a paid subscription. The plans are:

  • Free plan — €0, limited to 8 events per month;
  • Solo plan — €13 incl. VAT/month, or €140 incl. VAT/year;
  • Pro plan — €29 incl. VAT/month, or €279 incl. VAT/year;
  • Founder plan — €19 incl. VAT/month, price locked for life; a limited launch offer that may be closed to new subscribers at any time.

Monthly subscriptions have no minimum commitment and renew automatically each month on the anniversary date of the subscription. Annual subscriptions renew each year on the same date.

Payment is processed by Stripe, a secure payment provider. The Publisher does not store any credit card data. Payment information is managed exclusively by Stripe in accordance with its own security standards (PCI-DSS).

In case of payment failure, access to the service may be suspended until the situation is resolved. The Publisher will send an email notification before any suspension.

Prices are shown inclusive of all taxes. The Publisher reserves the right to change its prices with 30 days' notice by email.

6. Termination

Termination by the user: The user may cancel their subscription at any time from the Stripe customer portal, accessible from the Billing page of their account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No pro-rata refund is issued.

Termination by the Publisher: The Publisher reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account, with or without notice, in case of:

  • Violation of these Terms;
  • Abusive or fraudulent use of the service;
  • Non-payment;
  • Behavior harming the proper functioning of the service or other users.

If the Publisher terminates an account for violation of the Terms, no refund will be issued.

After termination, the user's data is kept for 30 days, then permanently deleted, except where retention is legally required.

7. Intellectual property

All elements making up the TimeSpark service (source code, interface, algorithms, brand, logo, texts, visuals) are the exclusive property of the Publisher and are protected by French and international intellectual property law.

The Publisher grants the user a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right of access to the service, strictly within the scope of normal use in accordance with these Terms.

Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, extraction or reuse of the service's elements, by any means whatsoever, without the Publisher's prior written authorization, is strictly prohibited.

Content submitted by the user (texts, voice messages, calendar data) remains their property. The user grants the Publisher a limited license to use this content for the sole purpose of providing the service.

8. Limitation of liability

The TimeSpark service is provided “as is” and “as available”. The Publisher undertakes to use all reasonable means to ensure the availability of the service, without however guaranteeing uninterrupted availability.

AI limitations: The natural-language processing engine used by TimeSpark may make interpretation errors (date, time, duration, priority). The user remains solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of the events created in their calendar. TimeSpark is a scheduling assistance tool, not a substitute for human verification.

The Publisher cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from:

  • An interpretation error by the AI engine;
  • A missed, incorrectly scheduled or incorrectly synced event;
  • A temporary interruption of the service;
  • Data loss resulting from a technical incident;
  • The use or inability to use the service.

The Publisher's total liability, for any cause whatsoever, shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the user during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the damage.

9. Personal data

As part of the use of the service, the Publisher collects and processes personal data about you (email address, calendar data, Telegram messages, scheduling preferences).

The processing of this data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at timespark.site/legal/privacy-policy.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have rights of access, rectification, erasure and portability of your data. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected].

10. Changes to the Terms

The Publisher reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the site at timespark.site/legal/terms.

In case of substantial changes, the Publisher will inform users by email at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

If you refuse the new Terms, you must stop using the service and cancel your subscription before the effective date of the changes.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, subject to applicable public policy rules, in particular for consumers residing in the European Union.

Before any legal action, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution. For any complaint, contact us at [email protected]. If amicable resolution fails, you may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
